Connected Solutions Group LLC (“CSG”) warrants the MCC Mini (3054 Mobile Command Center) to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, for the original purchaser only.
During the warranty period, CSG will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any product determined to be defective.
Exclusions
This Limited Warranty does not apply to:
- Misuse, abuse, or use outside intended purpose.
- Unauthorized repairs, alterations, or modifications
- Improper setup, installation, or handling.
- Damage caused by shipping, accidents, or natural events.
- Theft or loss after delivery.
Warranty Conditions
- All warranty claims must be approved by CSG.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Customer is responsible for all shipping costs to and from CSG.
- All repairs must be performed by CSG.
Limitations of Liability
This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided. CSG disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
CSG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including costs related to labor, installation, or downtime.
Agreement
By using this product, the purchaser agrees to the terms of this Limited Warranty.
