  • All returns must be approved via the Return Request Form.
  • You must submit your return request within the allowed timeframe (30 days).
  • Returns for non-defective items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover inspection and repackaging costs.
  • Include everything in your return shipment: original box, packing materials, manuals, and accessories.
  • Non-returnable items include services, labor, software licenses, and certain custom or clearance items.
  • If approved, CSG will provide a prepaid shipping label. If another label is used, shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility and non-refundable

What to Expect

1. Submit Your Return Request

Fill out the form below with your contact details, order number, and reason for return.

2. Return Authorization Response

We’ll review your request, and upon approval, will send you return instructions and pre-paid shipping label within 3 business days.
Please keep note of your RMA# for your records.

3. Ship Your Item(s) Back

  • Use original packaging if possible.
  • Using the provided pre-paid shipping label, ship within 5 business days of return approval.
  • Refunds may be adjusted if any accessories or items are missing.
  • Refunds will be applied in the original form of payment within 10 business days of return processing.
