These Terms of Service govern your use of connectedsolutionsgroup.com and any purchase of products or services from Connected Solutions Group, LLC (“CSG,” “we,” “us”). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
About Us
Connected Solutions Group, LLC is an independent company located at 8529 Meadowbridge Rd, Ste 300, Mechanicsville, VA 23116. We are an authorized Verizon Platinum Elite Partner and an Authorized Starlink Reseller. We are not Verizon or Starlink, and we are not owned or operated by either company. Verizon, Starlink, and all partner names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners.
Products and Services
We sell connectivity hardware and provide related services, including activation, installation, managed services, and support. Wireless service plans are provided by the carrier and are subject to that carrier’s terms, coverage, and availability. Coverage and speeds vary by location and are not guaranteed.
Pricing and Orders
Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. We may refuse or cancel any order, including orders with pricing errors or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order after you’ve been charged, we will refund you in full.
Quotes
Quotes for services, installation, or volume orders are valid for [30] days unless stated otherwise and are subject to a site assessment where needed.
Installation
Installation may be performed by CSG or by a qualified subcontracted technician. You agree to provide safe access to the installation site and any permissions needed from the property owner.
Returns and Refunds
Hardware may be returned within 30 days of purchase under our Returns & Exchanges policy. Services, labor, software licenses, and certain custom or clearance items are not returnable. See our Returns & Exchanges page for full details.
Warranties
Hardware is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty and any CSG warranty listed on our Warranty Policy pages. Except as stated there, products and services are provided “as is,” to the extent allowed by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent allowed by law, CSG is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data, arising from your use of our products, services, or this site. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service involved.
Use of This Site
You agree not to misuse this site, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways. All content on this site belongs to CSG or its licensors.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
